How does TeraDwell work?
- Property managers add units and upload media in an admin dashboard. Each available unit publishes as a public microsite at companyname.teradwell.com. Prospective tenants browse the listing and request a showing, which lands in the manager's leads pipeline and showings calendar.
Who is TeraDwell for?
- TeraDwell is built for property management companies and their leasing teams. It is white-label and multi-tenant, so each company gets its own branding and fully isolated data. The first customer, Vindium Real Estate, serves UC Berkeley students in Berkeley, California.
What kinds of 3D tours does TeraDwell support?
- TeraDwell auto-detects and embeds 3D virtual tours from iGUIDE, Matterport, Realsee, and Giraffe360, and falls back to a responsive embed or link for other providers. Tours render lazily in a 16:9 frame on each unit's microsite.
Is each company's data kept separate?
- Yes. TeraDwell enforces tenant isolation with Postgres Row Level Security, so one company can never read another company's units, leads, or internal notes. Private data such as tenant notes, leads, and invoices is never exposed on any public page.
