How pricing works
You set your rate and keep 100% of it. We add a small percentage on top, which the property manager pays — so our fee never comes out of your earnings. At checkout the payment is automatically split: your full rate to you, our percentage to us.
Example: you charge $200 for a shoot. The PM pays $200 plus our small fee; you receive the full $200.

How do I get paid as a TeraDwell partner photographer?
- When a property manager books you, payment is collected at checkout and your full rate is deposited straight into your own Stripe account. You're paid automatically — no invoicing and no chasing payments.
What does "split" mean — do you take a cut of my rate?
- No. "Split" just means the single payment is automatically divided at checkout: you receive your full rate, and TeraDwell's small percentage is added on top and paid by the property manager. Our fee is never deducted from your earnings.
Do I set my own prices?
- Yes. You set your base rates for each service — photography, floorplans, and 3D virtual tours priced by square footage. TeraDwell adds a small platform markup on top, which is the price the property manager sees.
What services can I offer?
- Real estate photography, JPG/PDF floorplans, and 3D virtual tours from iGUIDE, Matterport, and Realsee. You can also list specialties like drone/aerial, twilight, and video on your profile.
Who books me and how?
- Property management companies on TeraDwell choose a photographer in their market when they request a shoot. You'll receive the request with the address, services, and requested time, and you confirm or propose a new time.
Is there a cost to join?
- No. Joining the TeraDwell photographer network is free. TeraDwell only earns a percentage markup on shoots booked through the platform — you always receive your full base rate.
