How do I get paid as a TeraDwell partner photographer?
- Payments are processed through Stripe Connect with direct charges. When a property manager books you, your base rate is paid straight into your own Stripe account at checkout, and TeraDwell's platform fee is collected separately. You're the merchant of record, so there's no invoicing on your end.
Do I set my own prices?
- Yes. You set your base rates for each service — photography, floorplans, and 3D virtual tours priced by square footage. TeraDwell adds a small platform markup on top, which is the price the property manager sees.
What services can I offer?
- Real estate photography, JPG/PDF floorplans, and 3D virtual tours from iGUIDE, Matterport, and Realsee. You can also list specialties like drone/aerial, twilight, and video on your profile.
Who books me and how?
- Property management companies on TeraDwell choose a photographer in their market when they request a shoot. You'll receive the request with the address, services, and requested time, and you confirm or propose a new time.
Is there a cost to join?
- No. Joining the TeraDwell photographer network is free. TeraDwell only earns a percentage markup on shoots booked through the platform — you always receive your full base rate.
